Physical Books
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return physical books within **30 days** of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return:
- The book must be in its original, resalable condition (e.g., no bent pages, torn covers, or significant wear).
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
How to Return:
Please contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item received).
Digital Books (eBooks)
Due to the nature of digital content, **all sales of eBooks are final and non-refundable.** We encourage you to read the book descriptions and any available previews carefully before purchasing.

Refund Processing
